SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Due to current personal circumstances, shipping operates on a weekly schedule.

All in-stock orders ship every Thursday

Orders placed Friday–Tuesday ship the upcoming Thursday

Orders placed Wednesday or Thursday ship the following Thursday
This schedule also allows time to prepare orders and add custom sketches.
If you need an order by a specific date (birthday or holiday), please email me before placing your order and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, I ship only to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
While I previously offered wider international shipping, ongoing regulatory changes and repeated delivery issues outside my control have made it impossible to reliably support additional regions.
Limiting destinations allows me to ensure packages arrive safely and customers have the best possible experience.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

United States: approximately 3–5 business days after shipment

Australia: delivery times vary and may take several weeks depending on customs and carrier delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled entirely by the postal service and local customs authorities
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, or fees determined by the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees

I cannot alter customs forms or mark packages as gifts

Delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond my control
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has shipped

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds or replacements are issued only if:

the wrong item was sent, or

the item arrives damaged

Pre-orders are non-refundable after the pre-order period ends, as production begins immediately after closing.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
While I’m always happy to assist with tracking information, I cannot guarantee delivery times or outcomes once a package enters the postal system.
This policy exists to protect both the shop and customers from delays or losses that are outside anyone’s control.
COMBINED ORDERS
If you place multiple orders before receiving a shipping confirmation, I can combine them and refund any excess shipping cost.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together once the full order is ready.
To receive items separately, please place separate orders or contact me prior to shipping.
PRE-ORDERS & PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Pre-orders are used to fund production and guarantee availability. Extras may be added to the shop once pre-orders are fulfilled.
