IMPORTANT!!: Due to new laws for shipping to the EU, I can no longer offer to sell internationally.  
Between VAT laws and the new GPSR Compliance laws, I can no longer offer to ship to any countries within the EU, I'm terribly sorry about this.

I also can not ship to Canada as long as the postal strike is in place, so shipping will be closed until further notice.

I can not guarantee that packages will make it to Mexico, so I am afraid I have had to shut down sales there.  If you want me to ship through Fedex or UPS I can, but the cost is around $30 USD  Please email me [email protected] if you would like to place an order to Mexico.

Yes, I can still ship to Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.

All of my sales on Big Cartel are handled through Paypal.  I do not handle your banking information at any time.  Each sale is also protected under the buyer/seller protection offered by Paypal.  

What is the store's return policy?

Generally, returns and cancellations are not accepted unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is damaged during transit.  Cancellations may take place up to 24 hours after your order.

Exchanges depend on the circumstance. Please contact the store and I'm sure something can be worked out.

Please keep in mind that Pre-Orders can not be refunded after the end date.

I ordered something then realized I wanted something else! What do I do?

Place the order and I'll refund the extra shipping back to you! As long as you haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet, I can combine your orders. I don't want you to over pay on shipping, so don't worry!

Do you ship internationally and what about customs?

I can ship to Australia, New Zeland, Japan, and I believe China.

EU shipping is no longer available.

I can not ship to Canada until further notice.

Please be aware that you'll need to look up your country's custom fees and pay that before you can get your package. 

Please do not ask me to alter customs forms, I will not do it.

I'm terribly sorry about this inconvience  with the new VAT laws.

I bought an in-stock item with a pre-order, so what happens?

In order to save you the cost of double shipping, I will hold your in-stock item until your entire order is ready.  If you should want the order split up, please place two different orders. Or contact me so we can work out the extra shipping cost.

How long does shipping take?

I ship via USPS First Class mail with tracking and insurance on the packages.  Within the US these packages take 3-5 days to arrive. Internationally this can take 2-5 weeks.

Pre-orders are a different matter.  I don't place the order until the pre-order date ends.  Then it can take 2-3 weeks for production, and then the bit of time for shipping the items out.  I'll keep everyone informed through email and instagram updates.  I will keep everyone informed should there be delays as well as inform you as soon as your item ships.

Heavy items like Daki or a combination of pillow plushies need to be shipped priority.  This means shipping is slightly more expensive and should get to you faster.

When will you get 'X' Item in?

If there is enough interest in that item, definitely. I open pre-orders for items to help fund them and then add extras for stock in the store.  If you really want an item, pre-ordering it will guarantee an A-Grade one for you.

I love this design, but can I get it as a different product?

I'm always open for suggestions. If you like a charm design but would prefer a sticker or print, just let me know and I'll see about getting it in.
